Carlos Prata is a Portuguese architect known for his urban design, detailed planning, and architecture projects. He graduated from the Escola Superior de Belas-Artes do Porto and later established his own firm. His work includes projects such as the Douro Breakwaters, CUF Institute, and the Hotel and Tourism School of Porto. He has also contributed to architectural education as a professor at the University of Porto.
